About Us

Rosa E. Milano started her legal education at the Universidad Autonoma de Baja California, the highest-ranking institution in Baja California, Mexico. After attending law school, she worked 10 years at Baja California’s State Agency of Public Ministry as an Agreements Secretary, an institution of the government of the State of Baja California under the supervision of the State Attorney for Justice there, as well as the  Agreements Secretary of the Thirteenth Court in Federal Criminal Matters. All while running her own legal firm in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. She has provided her services to companies such as OCRA “Oficina Coordinadora de Riesgos Asegurados, S.C”}, NICB (National Insurance Crime Bureau) and other diverse insurers to locate and recover stolen vehicles and is currently assisting in fillingo out forms and related documentation for the recovery of vehicles before the CBP (Custom Bordel Patrol). Recently, Rosa E. Milano has studied and  concluded a Master’s Degree in Oral Argument Trials.

In 2018, Rosa E. Milano immigrated into this country, and worked as a Legal Assistant in a law firm working in bankruptcy, family and civil matters, among others, with almost 5 years of experience. Rosa is committed to her ideals, taking seminars and courses in immigration law, obtaining her license as an immigration consultant, with the purpose of supporting others on their path to achieving their legal residence in this country and their future goals.

Rosa is in the process of obtaining her license as a Real Estate Agent and her Master of Comparative Law (MCL) degree to be able to obtain her License as an Attorney and be able to practice law in the United States.
